Once your order is completed, it will be shipped immediately.

Because each shelf is personalized and made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
